A booking request is a request, not a reservation. Sending the form, emailing, or leaving a voicemail starts the conversation with a captain. To book your date yourself, use Book a trip and check out through FareHarbor, which adds a booking fee. Rates shown on this site are current to the best of our knowledge. A deposit holds your date and is refundable up to 24 hours before your trip, and the full terms are shown when you book. In the Keys, the captain always has the final call on weather and safety, and that call is made for your good as much as the boat's.

Using this site

The content here, the words, photos, and design, belongs to the Poppa Wahoo Collective and its builder and is here so you can plan a trip, not for scraping or republishing. You are welcome to share links and quote us with credit. The site is provided as is: we keep it accurate and working, but we cannot promise it is error-free every minute of every day, and details like seasons and regulations can change faster than a webpage.

Fishing regulations

Seasons, size limits, and bag limits described on this site reflect Florida and federal rules as we understood them when written, and they change. What may be kept on any given day is governed by the current regulations, and your captain runs the boat accordingly. Nothing here is legal advice about fisheries rules.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Florida law. If some piece of them ever turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Continuing to use the site after a change to these terms means the current version applies; the effective date at the top always tells you when it last moved. Anything unclear?
