Poppa WahooPoppa Toon, 23' Barletta

Poppa Toon: the boat for days without a drag setting.

Some of the best hours on Islamorada water involve zero fishing. The 23 foot Barletta tritoon is the fleet's easy button: flat, stable, social, and pointed at the sunset.

Sandbar$800, half day

The Toon is how the non-anglers win the trip. Sunset cruises depart about 90 minutes before the show and put you on flat water with drinks in hand as the sky goes to work. Sandbar runs anchor on the famous Islamorada sandbar with coolers, floats, and nowhere to be until you say so.

She is also the boat behind the Upper Keys' floating food scene: the same tritoon runs the Florida Keys Food Tours boat excursion, captained by the family. Stable enough for grandmothers, casual enough for dogs, and yes, dogs have been aboard and approved.

What she runs

Sunset cruises at $575 and sandbar afternoons at $800, plus custom evenings on request. Pair her with a fishing trip on another hull and the whole group gets their perfect day out of one dock.

Quick answers

Can we bring drinks and food?

Yes, coolers welcome. Ask about the catered and food-tour options if you want the eating handled for you.

Is the tritoon good for people who get seasick?

It is the calmest ride in the fleet: protected water, no offshore swell, and a wide, stable deck.

Can we combine the Toon with a fishing trip?

That is the classic split: half the group fishes the Hatteras or the bay boat, the rest take the sunset cruise, everyone meets for dinner with fresh fillets.
