Every deep sea trip runs on one of two Hatteras sportfishers, private for up to six. You troll the edge on the way out, work birds and weed lines for mahi, drop for tuna over structure, and keep a pitch rod ready for whatever shows. Both ride level, so your hands stay on the rod, with an air conditioned cabin, a real bathroom, a shaded back deck and a mate on deck the whole time.

The only choice is how long you stay out. Four hours works the reef edge and the near offshore water. Six gives you time for the humps. Eight gives you the whole offshore playbook. Every option includes the captain and mate, rods, reels, tackle, bait, fishing licenses, ice and your catch cleaned at the dock, with no fuel surcharge.
